From an email I received from a teacher in the USA - she has been using The Seven Saws stories with her class: "My second grade class has been enjoying Mosey Dawdle and Speedy Weedy's antics. They have made wax figures of all of the characters; they have made "yonder tree," and play  with them most days in their shoe-box diorama for fables. Of course they do NOT know that you brought these stories to life! (I was going to visit the school) That book (The Seven Saws) might just have to be absent at the Open House! I simply cannot have parents delivering the story of Kingly (the Inch Worm) to my students! I am looking forward to telling that story way too much!"
